Why do we offer in-home consultations?
With four decades of experience, we understand that purchasing any sort of mobility equipment can be overwhelming, and sometimes even a daunting task - but it doesn’t need to be. The purpose of our consultations is to help give you peace of mind about the decision you’re making, and to explore the best possible solutions for you and your family.
What does the consultation include?
Our consultations include 60 minutes with you at home, and also include. If you purchase equipment from us after the consultation, our team will deliver this to you and help you install it at home - helping everyone in your home get comfortable with how it works.
Do I get a discount if I purchase equipment
Yes! We’ll discount the $125 consultation fee from any equipment that you purchase over $500.
Can I purchase equipment from you?
Yes, we only provide the highest quality certified mobility and rehabilitation equipment. We provide help to public and private customers across New Zealand, including ACC, hospitals and
What happens after the consultation?
Our consultations have no commitment - you can take our expert guidance and recommendations to find equipment yourself.
If you do want to purchase equipment with us, we’ll deliver it back to your home, set it up for you, and help get everyone in your home comfortable with it. We’ll also discount the consultation fee on purchases over $500.
