RETURN POLICY

Conditions of return

To allow Dynamic Healthcare to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you change your mind concerning an in-store purchase, you will need to return your product within 7 days. If you ordered online, you will need to contact us within 7 days of your order delivery to begin the return process. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may still offer a credit in the form of a gift card or provide an exchange for a similar product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.

Returning your product 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the goods were faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Assessing your return

If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer. Products that are likely to require assessment include mobility, electrical and motor driven products, scooters, and specially procured items.

We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
