David has been in the Healthcare/Mobility & Rehabilitation Industry for over 30 years.
David is well known for his deep knowledge in Patient Handing Training and Equipment and has managed many key brands in New Zealand, Australia & Overseas, as well as carrying out training for Therapists, Nurses and Care staff. David works with planning teams and Architects for new builds or extensions, from major hospitals, Care homes, right through to a clients home.

Jenny Rogan
Operations Director / Co-Founder
Jenny has been in the industry for over 20 years and has vast experience in Rehab, Mobility, Pediatrics and Aged Care. She is well known by many therapists from Northland to Taranaki for her hands on experience and technical know how. Jenny can usually be seen building or adjusting equipment on the road to ensure the customer has the correct equipment. Showering and Bathing, as well as ambulation and standing are Jenny's forte.

Ethan Rogan
Technical / Logistics Manager
Ethan oversees all our behind-the-scenes operations and logistics, managing warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient dispatch and delivery of products. He also looks after our rental fleet, coordinating timely delivery and setup while maintaining our strict infection control policies for rental products. Proficient in servicing all Dynamic Healthcare products, Ethan is the go-to for servicing and asset management.
When not in-store, he’s on the road servicing and installing products for both retail and government clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care and product support

Alyshia Rogan
Product Manager
Alyshia, a former Registered Nurse with a background in surgical nursing, joined us in 2022, bringing her expertise from private healthcare. She has a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class patient care through effective education with a focus on enhancing the end-user experience. Alyshia excels at working with quality products and systems to ensure customers receive tailored solutions for their specific needs.
Initially managing our Kerikeri store, Alyshia ensured customers received the highest level of service and care. She has since relocated to Auckland to provide expert, on-the-ground support for health professionals, customers, and government clients. As our go-to representative for the Auckland region, Alyshia is available for in-servicing, product demonstrations, and ongoing client support.
